This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Surj Stix.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Products may be returned opened or unopened, provided the return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
