At Surj Performance LLC (DBA Surj Stix), some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or "try before you buy." This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
1. SUBSCRIPTIONS When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected at checkout.
- Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.
- Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
2. CANCELLATION & MANAGEMENT You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: Your order confirmation emails contain links to your specific order. You can manage your subscription directly from there.
- Timing: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that installment.
3. PRE-ORDERS & TRY BEFORE YOU BUY If you have purchased a pre-order or a "try before you buy" item, cancellation terms may vary based on the specific promotion. Please refer to the specific terms provided at checkout or contact us immediately if you need to make changes to an unfulfilled order.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically initiate a refund for orders that have already been processed or shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns and refunds.
