Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

We currently offer standard shipping via USPS Ground.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Flat-rate shipping (calculated and displayed at checkout)
We may offer free or promotional shipping offers from time to time.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship within the United States.
• Certain products may be subject to shipping limitations.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. SURJ STIX is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
